Product Description
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
THIS PRODUCT IS PERFECT FOR THE PERSON THAT WANTS TO USE IT SOLELY FOR ICE FISHING WITH TIP UPS.
Revo provides the same range as the Vulture Ice sensor. Revo was designed for tip up fishing and allows for flag mounting or T-bar spin detection due to it’s lightweight/smaller package.
The new Revo product was designed to have superior signal penetration as well as very long
range communications. The Vulture Revo product still has up to 1 mile of range which can be configured for 1 or 2-way communications through Vulture Connect App. Plus, including over the air firmware upgrades. Note: Initial product offering is 2-way only. Also new to Revo is the ability to pick custom alarm colors.
Once armed, the Revo sensor is always monitoring for a magnet removal or spin detection depending on how the product is configured in the application. Once an alarm is detected the Revo immediately sends the Magnet alarm similar to the Ice Vulture model. Upon receiving the Magnet alarm the user must clear the alarm on the Connect Handheld to be ready to receive spin alarms if setup to do so.
Note: When utilizing the Flag Mount or Spin Mount the initial Magnet Trigger alarm will work on all legacy handhelds. However, The spin detection messages do require the use of the upgraded Vulture Connect Handheld. We highly recommend moving to the Vulture Connect Handheld especially if spin messages are desired when using the Revo product. All Vulture Connect Handhelds can easily be updated through the Vulture Connect App.
BATTERY LIFE
The Revo product requires 1 AAA battery, which will operate under normal circumstances for 48 hours of runtime using name brand alkaline batteries. Using lithium batteries you can extend the 2 way battery life to 96 hours under normal circumstances. You can increase the battery life by Configuring it for 1-way mode which will be supported in 2024 and upgradable via the Vulture App. We recommend replacing your one AAA battery after a weekend of fishing.
